This policy explains what information REAL Solutions LLC collects when you use this website or contact us, what we do with it, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

REAL Solutions LLC is a real estate brokerage in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Steven J. Buysman has been licensed since 2004 and is the responsible broker.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call or contact us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address and phone number, together with anything you choose to tell us about what you are looking to buy, your timing, or your situation.

Information collected automatically

• A session cookie (msgsndr_id) set by the platform that hosts this website, so the site works correctly across pages.
• Standard server records kept by our hosting provider, such as the pages requested and the approximate region the request came from.
• Google reCAPTCHA runs on our forms to block automated abuse. Google processes limited technical information to do this, under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To answer you, schedule appointments and follow up on a conversation you started.
• To represent you if you choose to work with us, and to carry out the ordinary work of a real estate transaction.
• To keep the records a South Dakota brokerage is required to keep.
• To send you information you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.

Calls and messages

Every call we place or receive is recorded, and we say so at the start of the call. Recordings are kept as part of our business records.

If you give us your phone number, you may receive calls or text messages from us about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also simply tell us, by any means, to stop contacting you, and we will.

Who else sees your information

We share what is necessary, with the people it is necessary to share it with — and no further:

• Our website and client-record platform, which hosts this site and stores our contact records on our behalf as a service provider.
• Google, through reCAPTCHA, as described above.
• Parties to a transaction you are pursuing — a lender, title company, inspector, attorney or cooperating brokerage — and only to the extent needed to move your transaction forward.
• When the law requires it, including a valid legal demand, or where disclosure is required by South Dakota real estate law or our broker obligations.

We do not share your information with other clients or investors without your direction.

Confidential information

If you become our client, information about your motivation, your finances and your negotiating position is confidential, and that duty continues after the transaction ends. It is not used for anyone else's benefit.

How long we keep it

We keep transaction and brokerage records for as long as South Dakota real estate law requires us to. Inquiries that do not become transactions are kept while they are still useful, and removed on request.

Security

Our records are held in access-controlled systems. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not keep information we have no reason to hold.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call (605) 679-4033 and we will take care of it. The one limit is that we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain — we will tell you if that applies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
