About Me

My story began when I was a kid, tagging along with my dad. He was a career salesman and serial entrepreneur who loved learning, solving problems, and connecting with people. Watching him planted a seed in me — I knew I wanted to be a businessman, even if I resisted sales for as long as I could.

That all changed in 2002. While recovering from surgery, my dad handed me a book on negotiation and real estate development. I couldn’t put it down. From that moment, I consumed everything I could about real estate, business, and investing. Even during multiple surgeries, I stayed focused on preparing for licensing classes.

My first exam didn’t go as planned — I failed, and it cost me money I didn’t have. But instead of letting me quit, my dad said, Let’s do this together.” We studied side by side until I passed with flying colors. His grin when I told him the news is something I’ll never forget.

Over the next few years, I faced plenty of struggles. I worked under brokers who promised training but never delivered. I learned through hard work and long hours, often behind the scenes. I handled the toughest files, trained others without ever being trained myself, and eventually became a broker. But my timing was rough — I launched my first brokerage in 2008, right as the market crashed.

To support my family, I pivoted. I built another business, worked at CitiBank, and kept growing my skills in sales, training, and management. But real estate kept calling me back. I returned, this time with new resilience and a deeper purpose: to serve clients who others often overlooked — first-time buyers, families with credit challenges, and people who thought homeownership was out of reach.

That purpose has shaped my career ever since. Many of those clients are now thriving and returning to me for the next steps: investing, building wealth, and even helping their children get started on the right foot. I no longer need to advertise — referrals come from the stories I helped people create.

Today, I specialize in difficult files, first-time buyers, and creative deal structuring. I’ve also expanded into real estate investing, renovations, and, more recently, creative finance and commercial real estate. These “forgotten” techniques from past generations keep me learning and excited — because every new tool means another family I can help.

Looking ahead, my vision is simple: to use real estate as a way to help people build stability, knowledge, and legacies they can pass down. My clients are the heroes of the story, not me. You won’t see my face on billboards or ads. The spotlight belongs to the people I serve and the lives they’re building.
